Really beautiful Peter. Going to have to find me some water to do a long exposure. Would this type of long exposure work with the ocean? Or would there be too much movement?
@onie With extended time release the roughness of the water doesnt really to much. A bit of movement is good. You will need to get neutral density filters so you can slow shutter, by reducing light. This was 40 secs for fun
@fueast It was a very still day yesterday. Hardly a breath of breeze. This is quite a deep gully beneath the escarpment. Went in eal beforecsun was shining in.mThere is another shot I took which Melody is in. She was mesmerized by editing a picture on iPhone so was still. She didn't know I had taken it.
Oh wow! Have you seen Filip Lucin on this site, he's got a website too and is out of Croatia. You might enjoy his landscapes and long exposures.
Also, thank you. I probably couldn't express how flattered I am that you mentioned my photo in that thread. Thank you. BTW, Max Dupain is very interesting. I love his work. (I'm on my phone, so I'm trying to hit everything in one spot, sorry for any inconvenience. ) :)
