@notsorandompics said "I'd like you to take on the challenge of recreataing an old photo, by keeping the same scene & same people in it, so that the time passed by makes it humorous. I hope you will have a fun with this." I have given this a fairly loose interpretation based on a well known image.
@notsorandompics at Darwin Airport after a 4hour flight waiting for the thrilla to Manilla at 3am. Did a little editing on plane after uploading scans this morning.

This brought back memories of my grandparent's (who were farmers) home in South Dakota--their copy of the American Gothic took center stage.
Your Australian version is slightly less stern than the puritanical Americans. Nice one--and the camera is PERFECT!

Fun shot. When I lived in the state of Iowa, there were a lot of recreations of the Grant Wood painting.

fun capture...looks like a photo faded by time. And now for a new challenge. I really enjoyed viewing your photos. You have some amazing shots of architecture. I didn't see many moon shots. Since a full moon is soon to appear I would like to challenge you to shoot the moon. Hopefully the weather cooperates for you.

Great portrait shot.

fav for me, geniusness. great shot, for some reason the format seemed wider than a normal 35mm shot, thats the wide angle affect I guess, love the light and the tones, and the OM1. It all started with an OM1, that's my motto anyway, it sounds cooler than it all started with a Zenit EM.
