Great dof. Looks really yummy too....... my kids don't eat Christmas cake so rather than rise 2 dress sizes every January I pilfer a chunk of my mum's...! Funny to think that I've never made my own Christmas cake though... maybe next year....!
Nice POV. Are you going to make the cake? I think this is what we call fruit cake in the US and there are many jokes about it at Christmas time but I have always liked it. It is great with a cup of hot tea.
