@chewyteeth I have posted two new sets on Flickr: one taken with a Kine Exakta and one with this Voigtlander. I like this camera a lot and managed to get both these acquisitions fairly cheaply. The Vito II is the last before these were offered as folding cameras. Fortunately, there appear to be a few being sold from estates or by children who see no use for them. Excitingly have managed to secure an Olympus Chrome Six

Well between you and @grizzlysghost I got the sudden urge to visit ebay this evening and I've got my eye on a Fed 2, since I read a nice review of how super ace their lenses were, being almost exact copies of the Leica M39 range. What the heck is a Chrome 6? I gotta google that one.

@peterdegraaff
wow, is it a 120 film rangefinder? Looks great, I was oblivious to Olympus pre-1976

What're your feelings about these soviet Leica copy rangefinders? any experience with them?
July 1st, 2012
@chewyteeth I Jane no experience with Russian cameras. I laughed when I saw an Olympus 35 Standard rangefinder advertised as Japense Leica. I have dreams of a Leica iiic but then again a Nikon S rangefinder could be brilliant too but will never find any of these for less than $50. The Nikon S is also described as better than a Leica rangefinder. The camera which I think is with looking for is an Olympus SP.

I hear a lot about the Canon P rangefinder, but its not much cheaper than a Leica iiic
The Zorki 4k and the Fed 3 are also compared. they look good, and the lenses are cheap. I just don't know...seem even more difficult to master than an SLR, lots of talk of dioptic adjusters and the rangefinder being out of synch and the viewfinder being no good unless you've the 50mm stock lens, I'll let you know if I get any. I never saw a nikon rangefinder on the UK ebay. Lots of beautiful voightlanders and yashikas
