This extra triptych was taken at Shellharbour and Gerringong.

Cameras used Olypmus E-300 with Hoya R72 filter & Chinon CM-4S with expired Kodak HD4.

Many thanks for all your views, comments and favs. It was wonderful to have shots in this weeks T20. Work has been busy and a number of other things have been taking up my time and worries lately. Unbelievably this week I have learnt I have arthritis in my jaw: who would have thought.

@grammyn It hurts after eating. After sleeping it eases, but one side of jaw is slightly swollen. Good morning incidentally

@peterdegraaff good idea my friend!! the other one I tried, not so much fun but appeared to work was frankincense..an oil that you mix with a base oil eg almond/sunflower and rub in, might make you look a bit shiny though!!!
