@indianabluejay Jesses? Sorry I don't know this word but I'm guessing you mean the ties on one of it's legs. Once it's done hunting it returns to it's owner's arm and he uses these to ties it to his arm. I believe this is called a 'Griffin Vulture' very common in Spain.
