So did you feed her anything? We have house sparrows here as well (introduced from europe in the 1890's in New York and they have spread across our country like a plague). But hard to ignore any bird that comes close poking around :-). Great shot

@indianabluejay Thanks, no I didn't feed her because this is an outdoor café in the park and the waiters simply sweep all the crumbs off the tables onto the ground - there were hundreds of birds eating all the crumbs!
