I'm catching up on the days I have missed. We headed up to Wycheproof - a small town in NorthWest Victoria. The area is described as Southern Mallee-Northern Wimmera. Some great photo opportunities - farm scenes and typical rural Australian landscapes. This is a windmill that is used to pump water from the dam up into a tank. :)
It looks great against that blue sky and the colours are wonderful. I like the way you have photographed it so that it really looks tall - you have the trees for comparison and have positioned it so that it is central and dominant in the image.
