Our former Yacht Club is being replaced with this new development on the Frankston foreshore. According to the information I've been reading - this site will house a cafe, community space, restaurant, function room, safety lookout, various other amenities and Yacht Club facilities. Our daughter doesn't like the design - but I love it! Looking forward to its grand opening! :)
