Whilst the world and his wife were out partying I stayed home and watched telly! My son was amazed that after having fallen asleep a few times earlier in the evening I was wide awake whilst watching Gary Barlow!
I don't think you were alone in avoiding the partying - I was in bed by 10.30 as usual - life is too short to watch boring tv because someone else thinks I should!
