Bruises on both the front and back of my shin and on my thigh. However the real damage done yesterday was to my back. Took my bike for a service to use the Covid related bike fix voucher from the government. Managed to slip when dismounting on arrival home. Smashed to the floor and was unable to move... Back so painful I spent the evening in or close to tears. Today my back is very stiff and painful..... So frustrating!
