Not a pretty sight but an achievement worth marking! Due to self isolation and then balance issues it's 40 days since my last run. It took a lot of motivation to get back out there. Perfect running conditions this morning, sunny, no wind, almost high tide and early enough to miss the crowds. Despite how I look I actually took it slow and steady, pretty chuffed I did 5km without needing a to walk or stop.
