Today, my siblings and I went to my nonna's, and learned how to make... these things. :D I am not sure what they're called exactly, but they are small balls of egg and flour pastry, fried and then coated in sugar and honey. Very tasty and delicious snack. And super-easy to make. :D

Interesting. sounds yummy! So my 13 year old daughter asked me today if I though Uggs would be cheaper in Australia as her 13 yo brother is going there next summer on an exchange. I replied I have no idea but I have lots of 365 friends that live in Australia so I will ask. :) So I am asking. Here a pair of tall uggs cost about 180 USD (gasp)
Strouffelli? I'm not sure out you spell it, but thats how we would call it. Sometimes people will put those sugar sprinkles (like the colored ones) on them.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Struffoli funnily enough my friend from Rome sent me an email about them today as she had them for Xmas dinner!
Nice shot, I think I'd like to try them :-)
Wonderful photo, they look yummy!
PS - I was just telling Tadii that I don't know how I wasn't following her all this time when I thought I was. I now see that I wasn't following you, either. WTH??? I don't know what's happened, but I shall make it right this instant--my bad!!! :-/
@andifree ~ Yes, like Alex said, we have a range of ugg boots here! For a LOT cheaper than that... or a little bit cheaper... depending on where you shop and the quality and so forth :) But they're easy to find over here :)
In my culture, there is a similar food but they are very soft and dyed in different colors.
They are so good.
Nice shot, I think I'd like to try them :-)
