spinach and ricotta canneloni

Can you believe that Alex and I actually MADE these? Well, not completely from scratch. xD We bought the pasta shells and the spinach was already chopped up for us. xD But the sauce and the filling and the baking was all our doing. :)

It took us a few hours, but it was very much worth it in the end. :D
