My Get Pushed Challenge this week was this: "So what I'm going to suggest is that you produce an image that represents you or an aspect of your life, in the style of an artist you admire. Maybe a selfie, but not necessarily, could be something that sums up some essence of yourself, maybe as a photographer, maybe an insight into an aspect of your character or where you are at right now or where you want to get to, that refers to another artist as well as representing yourself."
I think this might fall under the category as a representation of myself, my context, how I see things at the moment... I'm in a place I've never been before, uncertain of what is going to happen next but with many possibilities available to me - and by taking this step I feel as though I am taking the path less travelled. The colleagues who studied with me are all progressing on their set-out paths, but I have decided to deviate from that, for better or worse...

I love the interpretation. Seems like the future is bright no matter what you do :) I may steel this idea. Its a great one. Perhaps it can be a weekly challenge in the future.
I really love the interpretation you've used here. I like how you used it to represent yourself in many ways. And I looked at it as also "a light at the end of the tunnel" meaning even though you're in a dark spot....there are many bright and wonderful things to come! Keep on smiling my dear! :) Sending hugs your way! :)
PS- Awesome light flare! I love how the blades of grass stand out on this! And the bush bokeh!! :)
Great shot... and a lovely response to my challenge... I love your story about how this represents you, the 'road less traveled' looks dark and unknown, but there's a light at the end! This shot feels like a new beginning, which feels like where you are at right now. I think you can feel proud of this shot, and also of your decision to move in ways that are best for you.
