Oh this will be fun. Just so you know I love your work. Your tones are always spot on. I know you have a new camera. Id like to see you shoot a multiple exposure. I think it is amazing to see what these cameras can do. Have fun.

Lovely as ever. I've seen in a couple of other pics you mention the layers and colours you use, but may I ask how you get the 'lifted' shadows? Is it something like the Exposure - Offset slider? I've been experimenting with that, but your images are soooo good. I can;t achieve what you do. Don't give away trade secrets but a little help would be most appreciated. Not sure how I go about learning far more of PShop without paying for a course - which I am not in the market to do yet.

@stevecameras No worries! :) In Photoshop, I lift the blacks simply by applying a fill layer of a very dark blue/red/purple and setting the blend mode to Screen (or Lighten). I play around with opacity, colour balance etc until I get the look I'm after :)

@pocketmouse Hey, thank you for sharing! Your pics are always great. I'll give it a try...I think that's what you actually said in another reply to someone else so apologies for getting you to repeat yourself! :)
