@summerfield as my Get Pushed partner for the week challenged me to "face your greatest fear (or one of them if there's more) and get a shot that you can only get by being stronger than that fear."
Alex @mednez and I went to the snow this week... we have been twice before; before that, I'd never even seen snow, let alone gone skiing! And both times I was absolutely petrified of skiing... so this year I decided to really push myself and get as far as I could with it!
This shot is of Alex and was taken on an "intermediate" run (my first time ever - I'd never been beyond the "beginner" runs before!), and so I am quite proud of having made it to this point, and I look forward to going back next year and pushing myself even further!
It took exactly 2.5 days for my legs to recover from it, though. Skiing is hard work. :D
