I am not sure what this building in downtown Kitchener is, but I like its bright, colour-changing lights! The structures on the other sides of its intersection are the Waterloo Region Courthouse, the Downtown Kitchener campus of Conestoga College, and the city's main Cenotaph, so you'd think it would be something important... but I have no idea and haven't been able to ascertain!
