We saw these interesting lights today! They are on the road side of the fence line but facing in toward the parking lot/dock area of a Hershey's Distribution Centre in one of our neighbour cities, Brantford. The lights along the fence alternate between looking like this-- like a wrapped Hershey's kiss-- and like unwrapped ones (this same shape but smooth and brown, without the flag).
