When I checked the February Word of the day was "fence" I knew just what I wanted to photograph. This fence is located on one of the bigger, busier streets in town and it catches my attention every time I go by it-- especially in this weird, drab, not-very-wintry winter that we're having right now, since it's so colourful and bright while everything else is... well, not!
