Mmm-marshmallows!

For Thanksgiving dinner, I always make a sweet potato dish with marshmallow on top, broiled just enough to brown them without burning (had that happen in previous years). Goes really well with turkey!

We had the same! We use the big marshmallows these days. Perfect browning there. :)
