A picture of Katy before she had her halo. This was a neck brace that had to be carefully guarded. If it moved 10mm, it could have caused full paralysis or even death. I watched everyone coming to make sure there was no movement.
Such difficult times, I am so pleased she came through it;
many years ago my brother & his wife were in an accident that left him head injured, unfortunately he was in a coma and during that time his wife was buried the only photos he has are of her funeral. This is a much better outcome and I good that you took shots, as painful as it is it is a piece of history of Katy's life. Onwards and upwards from here:0)
