This morning started out real bad with major depression. We talked with the doctor and then with Katy and put her mind at ease that she was NOT going to be in the hospital for six months which is what she heard. They are going to do another ct scan to see if the bleeding in her brain is still stopped after the anticoagulants.
Oh how nice to see that smile on Katy's face. Hope the results of the CT are very positive. Give her my love and tell her that I continue praying and thinking of her. May I ask you, what type of accident was it? car accident? or did she fall down? I'm sure she will be ok with her optimistic attitude.
It is so nice to see a smile on Katy's face. I hope the bleeding has stopped with the anticoagulants. Looks like her depression had gone away when you took this photo. Hugs to you, Katy. Thinking of you every day and hoping you will be able to go home soon. I am curious also, how did this accident happen to Katy? Thank you for the daily updates.
Poor girl so very frustrating for her but small steps make for a better recovery. I smiled at the spanner and other tools attached to her chest, presumably to amend the brace, just such a simple thing - not to lose the tools:0)
Darling girl....sooooooooo happy to see that smile......think of you so very often,,,,,,,hope the anticoagulants get sorted out....can be tricky sometimes to find the right balance but you'll get there.....and you'll get home again soon!!! Luv ya xx
Keep smiling and laughing! It helps you heal! Hey...this will give you a laugh...just think of silly old us at the museum trying to pretend we were seeing a man making soup and horse and wagon on a ferry boat!
Yikes! I'd be majorly depressed at the thought of spending 6 WEEKS in the hospital, let alone 6 MONTHS.
What a relief to learn that it was misinformation, and that Katy can smile again. :-)
Gotta say, I love that little tool kit she has strapped to her chest. Unusual accessories, but very cool. ;-)
