She is mobile (sort of). She made it all the way to the kitchen.
She wanted me to say, thank you for your continued prayer and thoughts. It is the bright spot in my day to hear your responses through my husband's daily update.
Hi Katy, looking good and comfy. What a huge cup. You look nice and warm, must be cold there. In the low 70's during the day here in No Ca and in the high 40's in the morning. No rain in site in our forecast so may be dancing for it if we do not get some soon. Looks like hubby is taking really good care of you. So, the question of the day, how long before you can even think about a shower or washing your hair? Been there but not for that long. I would imagine the cast on your arm will be off before your halo. Will be nice to have two arms to use. Hang in there and in my thoughts daily. Hugs, Darlene
Hi Katy. You look as snug as a bug with your nice warm blanket. I have been thinking of you and wondered how you were getting on, then discovered your wonderful husband was keeping updates.
Seems like a couple of nasty setbacks have hampered your progress somewhat, but now you are on the road to recovery. Sending good wishes from down here in Oz.
Oh dear Katy, your face expression is so much better, it improves day by day, and I'm sure it's a reflection of your healing. You're an inspiration!!! Keep the good work, my friend.
Love to see you up and about, with a smile! So glad to see you snug in that big blanket, Matt says it's been rather chilly although it's way too hot here...where's winter?! You are doing such a great job bearing all the restrictions that the halo entails.....Every day is one step nearer!
Well, look at you, getting up and around. It must have been wonderful to be back home.
I'll bet you were doing wheelies around the dining room when no one was watching.
