I'm sure it most be very hard, but hopefully it won't be for long, since we continue praying for Katy' s soon recovery. Thank you for keeping these updates. Big huge for Katy and all the best wishes I could think of.
Oh dear girl!!! Sweet slumbers........I cannot imagine how awkward it must be!! But learning to get along with it is obviously key to a calm life!! Think of you often, praying for your continued recovery, and for patience during this trying time. Thrilled with every pic I see that you are still at home, growing stronger and day by day "getting there"!!! And so thankful for these daily pics, really, big hugs to you both.

Thank you very much for your continued support and prayers. It means the world to me to see your responses. Ruth I'm worried about you are you okay?
@prn All fine........I was actually in a potato field in the Beqaa at the time!!! Terrible and senseless loss of life.....everyone will be stressed and upset for a week or so and then things will settle down....Independence Day on Fri....which will be a sad one. Thanks for thinking about us Luv ya xxxx
I am so sorry that this happened to Katy and she has to go through this to heal but she needs her rest and will have to get it however she can. I have sat up too many nights and the reason I bought an electric bed so I can comfortably though it is not always that comfortable. Rest a lot and heal, Katy. Thoughts are with you. Thank you for the continued posts.
Ok, now I have to completely stop complaining about how uncomfortable my bed is. My discomfort is NOTHING compared to that head cage. :-(
I'm over a month late responding, so I'm hoping by now you've reached an 'understanding' with your halo, and have found a way to sleep with some level of comfort.

I agree with Cheryl sleep helps to heal so snooze away and heal as soon as you can
