I know I already posted for today but we just got back from the retina specialist and it was all good news!!
All of the hemoraging in the eye and some other words are no longer there! Now after the halo is off hopefully next week we can get her some new glasses and deal with the cataracts. This is the first bit of good news we have gotten in a while!
Yes!! I'm thrilled to hear the good news for Katy! I think I said it before - the light at the end of the tunnel has just been switched on. Fantastic!!
What great news about Katy's eyes. She does not look happy but will be thrilled to see so much better than now. So happy for both of you and once the halo is off, life should become more comfortable also.
I cannot tell you how happy I was when I read this! Tell Katy that this time when she goes to the eye exam to be PATIENT and keep letting the optometrist flip those lenses back and forth until she KNOWS which one is best. No settling for "OK" just because she wants to get it over with and is pissed that she can't get more Lasik done. And maybe if they decide to do the cataracts soon she won't need no stinkin' glasses! :)
