A surfer's farewell

We attended a wake for a long time friend today. A traditional surfer's farewell is for his friends to take his ashes into the ocean and scatter them.
This young man played the accompaniment to the scattering of his uncle's ashes.
We were very lucky to have perfect weather and ocean conditions for the send off.
