Fortunately we were up early to see inside and up top of the Milano Duomo- photos another time.
However a group laid out all these plates in the square ! Tied balloons to apples and put them on the plates.
Not speaking Italian all we could work out was that it was something about Africa.
But colourful as it was and surely a good cause it concerned me about the waste of our precious Helium and all the poor creatures who might die from the spent balloons.
But it was very photogenic😊
