No it`s standing at his one on a boulevard, it`s a tree made of cortonsteel with golden balls by M. Roling.

RE: spider picture. If you can get a decent picture of a web with some highlights then you can use an editing program like picnik.com to pull those highlights out in the picture. I used HDRish and boosted the color a bit.
