Apple orchard 2

I have taken many pic of this orchard and it`s pity not to share the best one`s So you will have 4. The trees are trim that way ,plant in lines , shelterd and fence for winds , by a hedge of knotted trees, Those makes remarkable landmarks in the country.
Most orchard are apple and pears but we also have it with blackcurrant-bush ( they are famous) In autumn there are special routes to vissit the farms and you can buy all the products made of blackberries

Lovely picture of the orchard. I make a nice liquer -Likoer in German-
I take 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of berries (any berry will do like strawberries, blueberries, blackcberries etc. ) and then I fill up a bottle with vodka, shake it often until all the sugar has melted away, let it sit for a while, taste it and if good take the fruit out and you have a nice clear liquer. my favorite fruit for it are elderberries. try it...
