To take this pic`s I`ve to sit on the ( small ) lorry and it lift me up 2 mtr, ( 7 feet ) . Those lorries are normally use for picking the peppers and binding up the plants The white lines are threads where the peppers are bind up on .I like this pic because it show how huge it is and also the construction of the greenhouse(roof )
I`m very thankful to the owners to allow me to take this pic.`s and for the help.
Fabulous, i didn;t know they would grow this high, ours grow about one and a half meteres in our backyard, and we call them capsicums, we have red ,green and yellow ones in Australia.
simply amazing!!, the more I see of the flowers, crops and vegtables that are grown in your wonderful Country, the more I wonder what is lacking in our soil?....I have now returned to Arizona from Vermont, some 3200 mile drive, and will begin posting in the next day or so....thank you for sharing this very interesting information with us Pyrrhula!
Very cool collage, Pyrrhula! I like the threads, the lines they make add great interest to the photos! It's wonderful of the owners of the greenhouse to lend you a helping hand. 8)
Fantastic shots! I'd never see anything like this so I'm glad you're sharing with us. I was wondering what all the white strings were for, but it makes sense they want to hold the plants up nice and straight so they all get good light etc.
So great that the owners were so helpful. they must know you pretty well there. a collage is a great way to explain how things work in this greenhouse.
