On the top of the sea dike. This is now the main dike that protect us from the water. Nearly all off the old build dikes in history still remains as a second barrier. So when you drive in this area you find many and often you driving on (the small roads) on top of them The waters on the left is a nature area.

we're back at home by 12 noon. most of the time we spent waiting around. once again they brought me back to sinus rhythm. my heart rate had gone up to 169 later in the morning and now it's back down to below 70.
