Nearly at the end by pyrrhula

Nearly at the end

This is how the raapseeds field reach it`s end. The farmer has mow the male flowers as they has done there job ( fertelize the female flowers) and have no use any more and it create more sunlight between the rows. Now the female has seeds (see inset) and grow furter untill they are finnish growing and ready to harvest.
I like how you included the inset. Such a pretty field and sky.

I hope the rapefield at the back of the house is soon harvested - it's so tall you can't walk through the field now. Lovely sky in your picture

This is very informative. It's amazing to me how they can separate out the male and female plants in the fields.

interesting, haven't seen this technique before - in UK the rape is self pollinating so you don't see this.
