Sheeps on the dike.

Keeping an old prommis of showing the sheeps on a dike. This dike is an old one . The new main dike is the one on the horizon.

Still not able to spent much time on the keyboard of my computer.
I`ve develop a frozen shoulder, also known as adhesive capsulitis, and my movings and reach are very limited now. As I`ve this before I know it will recover but this need time. I`ve to figure something out to replay on you comments.

I'm SO SORRY to hear you've been in pain with that shoulder! You're really a trooper to post this! It would be best for you (and FULLY UNDERSTOOD by everyone who follows you)if you don't worry at all about trying to match comments with other people! You only worry about it because you're always so good about doing so! For such pain, my Dr suggested I apply ice for 20 minutes and then use a hot pad. Ina will know how to help you care for it. My best to you, and I'll fuss at you if you write anything to me! Just get well!! ♥

Ouch! I had that once! It is also called "the 50 year old" shoulder...LOL! I got a cortisone shot (yikes) and it did wonders quickly, then some physical exercise therapy...all better now! Hope you find some relief very soon! :)

I know what shoulder pain is like. I've shoulder pain on account of throwing my arm out like say say. what it is is a tear in my rotary cup. the right arm at that. so take care of yourself and don't worry about your friends and follower. we understand and wishing you a fast recovery,. Oh no, frozen shoulders are so painful. I had one a few years ago and had to have cortisone injections to fix it in the end. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Lovely capture, frozen shoulders are awful, I had cortisone injections and acupuncture for mine, it did help, take care!
