The doctors think that a frozen shoulder starts when we a long time do with fingers (for egzample: on computer), but our shoulders are inactive. They say that our shoulders must be active, too. That is prevency against this illnes.

Some people with frozen shoulder can't wash teeth or get dressed but after few month or 3-4 years they can do everithing. This illnes don't leaves consequences.
