Clouds and ...... the country

Flowering the dike sides and verges is more and more done nowadays. For pleasing the bees . Rape is often use for it. Makes a nice yellow ribben through the country.

Interesting to see rape being used as a marginal/ boundary plant. This looks quite lovely. We do get quite a few fields near to us planted with rape and the brightness (and indeed the smell) can be rather overpowering!
