Dandelion seed

This image reminds my husband of an architectural structure at EXPO 1967, the Geodesic Dome.
Personally I don't see how something fuzzy and soft can be equated to an architectural structure!!

This is gorgeous and a fav. I think if one linked all the tips of the seed stems (if that's the correct term) to each other with straight lines, one might see the resemblance.
