The lake is frozen, the ice is shoveled, the nets are in place just waiting for the kids to start playing our national game, looks inviting doesn't it?

Really gorgeous. Funny, except for the hockey net this almost looks like a view of the ocean at sunset. Those would be the Santa Monica mountains just below the sun. :-)
Beautiful composition - that sunset in the background really sets off the frozen lake. I imagine your lake stays pretty busy in the winter - I knew about ice fishing, but hadn't thought about ice hockey (not being a Canadian). Looks like fun!
