I haven't been on 365 for awhile as my younger sister passed away suddenly at the age of 44 of a massive stroke. This has been a huge shock for my family. She leaves behind a spouse and two teenagers.
This is a photo of myself and my 3 sisters, I'm the second from the right and Chan is the first one on the left.

I was saddened to read this Kathy: losing a loved one is always traumatic and hard to bear but when she was so young and her death was so unexpected, it's doubly hard. I send you my thoughts and condolences...
So sorry for your loss. I just lost my dad unexpectedly a few months ago, and it hurt much more than I expected. I can't imagine losing a sister. Wishing you peace during this time of grief.
My heart goes out to you Kathy. Losing a sibling is like losing one of your own limbs. And she was way too young and such a shock for all of you. You have a beautiful image to now treasure. Virtual hugs across the ocean.

So sorry.mhow shocking. One of my sisters had a heart attack several years back and she is here to tell of it and I remember how stunned and undone I was by that...how much worse for you. A beautiful memory capture that I'm sure is even more precious to you now
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your sister. My mother died at 52 which I always thought was on the young side. So 44 is even harder! You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers and I hope will find strength in the memories you share together. What a great shot- I just love that all your sisters share/ed your photographic passion!

Thank you for your kind thoughts and wishes they were much appreciated during this very difficult time. As usually the 365'ers have shown that they are much more than a group of photographers but rather a community of caring people from all over the world. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your words of encouragement, I hope to get back to posting daily again, I miss everyone and viewing your photos.
