removing them when the ice is already melting must be one of the scariest jobs! One of my husbands university buddies lost his car to Lake Nipissing that way!
I always wonder how they judge the depth of the ice. Nice capture. I can see how much the ice melting. You wouldn't want to get caught out in the wrong place at the wrong time.
@elkereturns Oh No that's terrible, it does get tricky in March. when removing the the fish huts...... Lake Nipissing.........is a 1 and 1/2 hours from here!!
I suppose the guys are having so much fun, they hate to leave, but no one want to see an accident! Thank you for sharing something about which we'd otherwise have no idea!!
