Ring necked duck

I hope these ducks didn't come this way too early as we are having snow today!

I wouldn't worry about ducks in the cold - they have a really warm duck down and feather duvet wrapped around them!

I was afraid you were who they were talking about when they spoke of snow in the forecast earlier this week. 3 friends left Arkansas yesterday (temperature 84) driving back to Ontario - told them to wear their long pants for today - it would be different when they arrived home! Can someone explain where the ring is on it's neck. They were here in March. Fabulous to shot.

@joansmor hi Joan the ring can be seen from the back and is darker then the rest of him.
I did have difficulty identifying him!
