Emerald Lake, BC in the Canadian Rockies

Another stop on our sisters visit to the mountains.
Emerald Lake Lodge, is on the shores of the famous pristine lake, in YOHO National Park surrounded by some of the Rockies most impressive peaks.

Thank you for your comments and favs on yesterday's photo of my "Lupines", much appreciated!

In answer to your question yesterday, yes they are growing wild, it’s been a good year for them this year, lovely to see them in the fields and along the verges and amongst the sowing of the wild seed mixes on a lot of the rounderbouts in this area!!
