Here we were on bridge overlooking
The Thornbury Fishway, known locally as the "Fish Ladder", this is designed to let fish pass around the Thornbury Dam and once above the dam they can continue upstream to spawn. The migration and subsequent spawning activity in the Beaver River is critical to the survival of these fish populations in Georgian Bay and provides fishing opportunities to hundreds of local and visiting fishers.
We just finished our lunch and we’re heading back to return the bikes!
@jamibann Issi we rented these bikes and didn’t realize how heavy they were. So it was a little challenging as they were 80 pound bikes! We rented these eBikes from 9 am and returned them at 4pm! Needless to say we were tired when we got back! Lol
