no rest for the weary

I really like the whole feel of this photo. The sky, the grittiness of the old train, the vignette framing.

@brumbe Thank you SO much Paula. It's the most major processing I've done - cutting around the old train which didn't look too nice in the photo sitting behind some newish condos, putting my sky photo behind it, changing the color and adding the vignette effect.

Fabulous! Is this down by Front Street?

@reba I am aiming to learn that next winter when I have some time on my hands and it is cold outside.

@moonpig - It's over in Sellwood. I think the little area where the condos are is called Trolley Barn Commons. Think it's to the south of SE Linn on about 13th where Exeter (further south) runs into 13th heading north. Sounds weird - I've walked there a few times, but it's an odd little pocket of Portland that's hard to point out. Next to a beautiful neighborhood of old houses and gardens to the south. Very photogenic area.

@reba how interesting! I've been to Sellwood, but I didn't notice that pocket. Thank you!

This is great, Reba! I've yet to attempt any kind of processing besides auto adjust and cropping.
