@beba8162 - Oh - LOL - I haven't seen the show yet (hope to catch it some time in reruns) but having grown up here, it's probably easy to recognize the elements and I hoped this was one of them. Thanks.
@janek The reference is to a TV show of comedy sketches spoofing Portland for, I'd say, our uber liberal, ultra self consciousness. (Incidentally, it's also the name of locally famous sculpture by Raymond Kaskey that sits atop a city gov't building and is based on a figure from the city seal. See @nanalisarocks 11/28 and 11/30.) My photo is an attempt to express the generalization that Portlanders love this kind of funky building which is a common sight here.
