@michaelelliott - I don't really think they operate as chimes - that's just where my imagination led me, but now I'm wondering - they appeared to be mostly made of wood - maybe they would sound nice.

We used to have those giant fork and spoon thingy's hanging in our kitchen when I was a kid. Never thought of using them as a windchime!
