9:30 in the a.m.; and, yes - color - desaturated to almost b&w - though naturally it appeared to me to be essentially those tones with the dense evergreens and thick fog. You'll have to explore next time you're in Portland - fabulous trails.
@oye - no :) - but it is an easily accessed view in the city - this particular shot about 3 miles from my house and across the river. A great hiking area in the city.
