Jasmine Street Scene, Milan

Wherever we’ve been in Italy so far, the scent of Jasmine has followed us around. It’s fragrant, sensual and a little overwhelming in places. But I love it.
I read that in various cultural traditions, a gift of jasmine flowers symbolizes love, romance, and sensuality. White jasmine blossoms in particular hold the symbolic meaning of purity and motherhood, as well as honor and respect. Voila
