Smashed on Toast

Today’s food offering is one of my favourite brunches - smashed avocado with a poached egg. The tomatoes were an afterthought. This month’s food album is giving away a lot of my secrets!

Yummy , I love avocado, but never tried it smashed with a poach egg on toast . I love mine cut in half sprinkled with lemon juice and served with a "blob"of mayo in the stone indentation ! ( or just sliced in a salad)! Nice presentation on your colourful plate! fav
