Pozsonyi Kifli

For those of you who speak Hungarian, you will know exactly what these are. If not, they are traditional sweet pastries made with a light yeasted dough and ground walnuts or ground poppy seeds as a rich filling. Thomas favours the poppy seed and I the walnut so there are no arguments in our household. This is the last food post for a while, except for tomorrow’s calendar. Thank you for all your lovely comments this month.
A great pinwheel of pastries.
